You shouldn’t need to do anything to the Boiler during your stay but the boiler
is located outside the property in an unlocked cupboard to the right of
the porch.
It is an annually serviced 4 year old Gas fired Combi boiler supplying hot water and radiator
heating.
If in the unlikely event you do not receive hot water it may be that the water pressure has fallen below 0.6 Bars. The reading would be displayed on the digital panel on the front of the boiler.
This can be very easily rectified simply by turning the tap directly underneath and on the right hand side of the boiler. Open the tap for just a couple of seconds to top the water up to 1.2 Bars before turning it back to its original closed position. You then just need to press the Boiler’s reset button.
